Named the best chief financial officer (CFO) of a small-cap health care company by Institutional Investor in 2017, Mark Hirschhorn most recently served as the CFO of ArisGlobal in Coral Gables , Florida. Throughout his career, Mark Hirschhorn has overseen several initial public offerings, public and private debt issuances , multiple rounds of private financing, and more than 45 acquisitions.
As the CFO of ArisGlobal, Mr. Hirschhorn manages a global software as a service (SaaS) tech company that assists many of the world’s leading life sciences companies with meeting their regulatory compliance duties. In addition to directing all financial, corporate development, and legal operations for the company, he managed the private placement of $290 million in debt for acquisition financing. Under Mr. Hirschhorn’s guidance, ArisGlobal was acquired by Stockholm based Nordic Capital in July 2019.
Mr. Hirschhorn has delivered capital markets presentations at numerous conferences organized by leading financial institutions such as JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, William Blair, Canaccord Genuity, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank. His hobbies include running, cycling, skiing, tennis, and alpine climbing.
