In 2021, TapestryHealth partnered with Rosie Connectivity Solutions in expanding its telehealth capacities within skilled nursing facilities. Existing offerings included treatment carts that combine high-definition wound cameras, digital stethoscopes, and integrated otoscopes.
Through Rosie, nursing carts are connected in ways that enable the management of patient-specific vital signs. The platform allows caregivers and nurses to transfer data remotely and securely to the Electronic Health Record, while connecting patients to clinicians who are not on site. These clinicians are able to identify changes in patient condition in real time and address health challenges through face-to-face bedside visits. The end result is improved care and personalized medicine designed to generate relevant clinical insights, while focusing on long term patient wellness.
